KÖBO Leaf chain can be supplied on reels or as cut lengths all with certification, cotter pins and/or connecting links. With our on site engineering workshop and team of fully trained engineers we can provide custom solutions to any material handling problem. Anchor bolts and rollers are available on request and can be made to sample.
Treated chains are also available, ideal for outside applications in more extreme environments such as de-mountable trucks on the back of vehicles and dockland based
trucks etc.

ANCHOR BOLTS
KÖBO UK keep a large range of popular sized anchor bolts in stock at our Manchester based facility. Our team of experts work closely with any anchor bolt enquiry, even for a unique anchor bolt KÖBO UK can manufacture anchor
bolts specific to the customer’s dimensions on a short lead time.
Our wealth of knowledge and on site workshop mean that KÖBO engineers can create custom solutions to any of your material handling problems by working closely with customers and listening to their needs. Such as coating the anchor bolts in a specific finish to prolong the life of the metal on the desired site.
LUBRICATION
Lubrication is a necessity for all chains in every application, all leaf chains supplied by KÖBO UK come pre greased but only for the chains “shelf life”. Once the chains have been fitted to the application they must be lubricated according to the environment that they are situated in.
KÖBO UK keep three general lubricants in stock but can supply more specific solutions if required.
CHAIN LUBE
Firstly for general use on the majority of applications is KÖBO Standard Chain Lube, this is a clear lubricant that has added PTFE for a very viscous consistency when first applied, however the “anti-fling additive” which is a key ingredient then congeals the lubricant quickly so that once the lubricant has been applied it is not thrown or dripped from the chain. This lubricant is ideal for most applications and sites.
DRY LUBE
As an alternative to the clear, “sticky” Standard Chain Lube KÖBO Uk also stock DRY lube for the most demanding site environments i.e quarrying industry, building yards, scrap metal yards, textiles industry and many more. Our DRY lube is a specialised blend of acrylic resin, PTFE & molybdenum disulphide which gives the lubricant a dry, matt black finish more suitable for dry and dusty environments as the grit & dust will not stick to the chains.
FOOD GRADE CHAIN LUBE
This lubricant is formulated for applications used within & around the food industry. Food Grade Chain Lube is a non toxic viscous category H1 NSF
Registered Lubricant formulated using only FDA listed ingredients for use on all types of chains and conveyors in the food processing industry. Food Grade Chain Lube has excellent water displacement and anti-corrosion protection ensuring the extended life of your chain.
